BlueCats Australia Pty Limited ACN 140 286 675 (BlueCats, we, us) provides efficient proximity based communication to enabled smart devices. We recognise that any personal information we collect about you should only be used for the purposes indicated in our policy. We will not charge you for giving effect to your request and will take all reasonable steps to meet your request at the earliest possible opportunity.

If we receive unsolicited personal information about you, we will make a determination regarding whether or not the unsolicited personal information is personal information that we would be permitted to collect under the Australian Privacy Principles.
If the unsolicited personal information is personal information that we would be permitted to collect, we will treat that personal information in accordance with this policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
If the unsolicited personal information is personal information that we would not be permitted to collect under the Australian Privacy Principles, we will destroy the information or ensure that it is de-identified.

BUSINESS WITHOUT IDENTIFYING YOU
In most circumstances it will be necessary for us to identify you in order to successfully do business with you, however, where, it is lawful and practicable to do so, we will offer you the opportunity of doing business with us without providing us with personal information.
Such a situation would be where you make general inquiries about the fees we charge for our products or services or current promotional offers.
