In Devices you can access detailed reports of every Tag and Reader in your collection.

Field Descriptions

Name (Required): Name of the device.

MAC address (Required): MAC address of the device.

Type: Type of device (BC2500 GNSS Asset Tag, BC2510 Asset Tag, BC4520 ProxPoint, BC2401 Badge).

Tag Specific Properties:

Assigned To: The asset to which this device has been associated.

Battery %: Last reported battery percentage of this device.

Location: Last reported site/zone of this device.

Site: Last reported Site of this device. If located in a Zone, its Site will be displayed. 

Reader Specific Properties:

Installed Location: The location (Site/Zone) to which this device is associated.

Uptime: The amount of time this device has been on.

Select +Add New and then select the type of device you’d like to create.

CREATE TAG

1. Fill in Name*, MAC Address*.
2. Select the type of Asset to which this Tag will be associated.
3. Search for the Asset and select it when its displayed.
4. Click Create to finish creating device.

Create ProxPoint or PlaceTag

1. Fill in Name*, MAC Address*.
2. Select the type of location to which this ProxPoint (or PlaceTag) will be associated.
3. Search for the Place and select it when its displayed.
4. Click Create to finish creating device.
