People is where the user can access status reports of Tag carrying personnel on your Site.
How to Create a Person
Select +Add New to create a new person.
CREATE PERSON
- Fill in the First Name*, Last Name*, Identifier*, and Company.
- Select Active (marker is blue).
- Select Create Person to finish.
*Required fields
FIELDS
Title [First Name and Last Name] – First and Last name of the Person.
Description [Identifier] – Unique Identifier for this Person.
Type: This should be set to “Person.”
Company: Text field where characteristics of the Person can be noted. This section can be used as a filter in the Dashboard.
Active: If True, then this person will display in results.
Location: The Site or Zone within which this person has last reported.
Site: The Site within which this person has last reported.
