The System Health page gives an overview of the devices in your system.
Tag Health
Each tag type has its own health dashboard showing the battery level and how recently they have been seen by a ProxPoint.
Battery
Displays the battery level of reported tags.
Good: Displays the number of tags that have over 25% of battery charge.
Low: Displays the number of tags that have under 25% of battery charge.
Last Seen
Displays the number of tags that have been seen within the selected time period in System Health.
‘Show last seen more than “X time” ago’: Select this to see the status of the tags that haven’t been seen by any readers within the selected time period for System Health.
BC4520 Health
connectivity
Online: Displays the number of ProxPoints that are connected to the internet and sending information to Loop Cloud.
Offline: Displays the number of ProxPoints that are not sending information to Loop Cloud.
DEVICE REBOOT
Running Continuously: Displays the number of ProxPoints that haven’t been rebooted since being connected within the time period selected in the System Health.
Rebooted: Displays the number of ProxPoints that have rebooted since being connected within the time period selected in the System Health.
