Loop Cloud’s System Health Dashboard is a great way to view your organization’s system at a quick glance. You can find the health of your Place Tags, Personnel Tags, and ProxPoints from this screen. We will detail the information for these sections below.

System Health Panel

You can change the data viewing window to different timeframes on the System Health panel. The default view is 24 hours, shown above.

Place Tag

The Place Tag section includes a Battery panel.

Battery

    • X Good – The quantity of tags with a battery life over 25%.

    • Y Low – The quantity of tags with a battery life below 25%.

The hidden section, shown above, will show you the status of all tags that have either never reported or have not been seen by ProxPoints in the selected timeframe.

    • A Good – The quantity of tags that had a battery life over 25% when they were last seen by a ProxPoint.

    • B Low – The quantity of tags that had a battery life below 25% when they were last seen by a ProxPoint.

    • C Never Reported – The quantity of tags that have never been seen by a ProxPoint.

Personnel Tag

The Personnel Tag section includes Battery and Last Seen panels. The section can be filtered using the “Company” dropdown menu, located near the top-right of the section. In this example, this menu is set to “Company: All.” By selecting a company set up within your organization, the Battery and Last Seen panels will only display tags from the selected company.

Battery

    • X Good – The quantity of tags with a battery life over 25%.

    • Y Low – The quantity of tags with a battery life below 25%.

The hidden section, shown above, will show you the status of all tags that have either never reported or have not been seen by ProxPoints in the selected timeframe.

    • A Good – The quantity of tags that had a battery life over 25% when they were last seen by a ProxPoint.

    • B Low – The quantity of tags that had a battery life below 25% when they were last seen by a ProxPoint.

    • C Never Reported – The quantity of tags that have never been seen by a ProxPoint.

Last Seen

    • X Seen – The quantity of tags that have been seen by ProxPoints within the specified timeframe.

      • A tag is “seen” any time it successfully communicates with a ProxPoint, which should happen any time it is within the coverage range of a ProxPoint.

The hidden section, shown above, will show you the status of all tags that have either never reported or have not been seen by ProxPoints in the selected timeframe.

    • Y Seen – The quantity of tags that have been seen by ProxPoints outside the specified timeframe.

    • Z Never Reported – The quantity of tags that have never been seen by a ProxPoint.

ProxPoint

The ProxPoint section includes Connectivity and Device Reboot panels.

Connectivity

    • X Online – The quantity of ProxPoints that are online. A ProxPoint is considered online when it has an active internet connection and is successfully communicating with Loop Cloud.

    • Y Offline – The quantity of ProxPoints that are offline, within the selected timeframe.

The hidden section, shown above, will show you the status of all ProxPoints that have either never reported or have not been offline in the selected timeframe.

    • A Online – This should always be equal to 0.

    • B Offline – The quantity of ProxPoints that are offline and have not reported as online during the selected timeframe.

    • C Never Reported – The quantity of ProxPoints that have never reported to Loop Cloud.

Device Reboot

    • X Running Continuously – The quantity of ProxPoints that are online and have not rebooted in the selected timeframe.

    • Y Rebooted – The quantity of ProxPoints that have rebooted in the selected timeframe.

The hidden section, shown above, will show you the status of all ProxPoints that have either never reported or have not been offline in the selected timeframe.

    • A Running Continuously – The quantity of ProxPoints that are offline and had not rebooted before going offline.

    • B Rebooted – The quantity of ProxPoints that are offline and had rebooted before going offline.

    • C Never Reported – The quantity of ProxPoints that have never reported to Loop Cloud.
